Lauer Learning Hires Renowned Game Designer Noah Falstein for FF56! Project
Education Gaming Industry Guru will lead Design of Experiential educational computer game

Roswell, GA - July 24, 2005 - Lauer Learning, well-known for its creation of innovative multimedia products to teach children foreign languages, cultures and historic events, announced today that educational game designer, Noah Falstein, will join the design team of FF56! an educational computer game about the Hungarian Revolution of 1956.

Falstein, a pioneering game designer and producer who has been in the video game industry since 1980 began his career at Milton Bradley Company. Since then he has worked in a wide variety of roles, including programmer, writer, project leader, producer, creative director, executive producer, and most frequently, designer. He was among the first ten employees at Lucasfilm Games (now LucasArts Entertainment), as well as at The 3DO Company and Dreamworks Interactive. He was the project leader for the classic arcade game Sinistar, the PC titles PHM Pegasus and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade; and co-designer of Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. Currently, he runs The Inspiracy (www.theinspiracy.com), a consulting firm specializing in game design and production assistance for entertainment and serious game titles and writes the design column for Game Developer magazine.

Falstein has worked with a wide range of notable game developers, educators, writers and filmmakers and has led brainstorming sessions with George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. His clients have run the gamut from entertainment (Sega, Disney, Dreamworks Interactive, LucasArts Entertainment) to corporate (Intel, Shell Oil), to serious game developers (Health Media Lab, Hopelab, Vision-Play, Morphonix).

Through his efforts we expect our FF56! learning product to incorporate the enjoyment of learning through an exciting, interactive multi-media game that brings an important piece of history to life.”

Falstein will work with Lauer Learning on the preliminary design of FF56! and participate throughout the development process. FF56! is scheduled for release in the fall of 2006, in time for the 50th anniversary of the Hungarian Revolution of 1956.

Lauer Learning is a multimedia educational company that creates interactive products to teach children foreign languages, cultures and historic events through experiential learning.
